A two-story villa with a total area of 2810 square meters. The client’s request: design in a modern and minimalistic style, and one of the main requests of the client is to design a “U”-shaped kitchen.
Strengths of the project: excellent daylighting and large windows on each side with a height of 3.5 meters. One of the challenges of this project was the existing staircase on the ground floor, which needed to be designed in a way that harmonized with the house’s lightness and did not create congestion in the space.
On the second floor of this project, there was a small private rest area, which connected to the master bedroom on one side and the guest room and children’s room on the other side.

One of the main challenges of the second floor was designing the children’s room. According to the client’s request, one room was needed for two sisters with different tastes.
